A storyboard is a graphic organizer that consists of illustrations or images displayed in sequence for the purpose of pre-visualizing a motion picture, animation, motion graphic or interactive media sequence. Warren’s work, which has garnered him multiple Emmy nominations, can be found in shows such as Full House, and multiple Disney Channel hits including Even Stevens, Jonas LA, Disney XD’s Kickin’ It, and That’s So Raven. The storyboarding process, in the form it is known today, was developed at Walt Disney. The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise. But if I had (besides in house tools like Waylanddesign said) I have to pick Toon Boom Storyboard. The program is thrilled to have Warren on board to share his writing talents with the next generation of storytellers. I haven't looked much into it but you might want to check out OpenToonz It doesn't have the same exports as Toon Boom Storyboard but still has the capability to export frames and layers.
